In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the jos138 website accessible at https://jos138.cam, its mobile-optimised interface, and any associated applications.
• "Company" or "we" or "us" means jos138, the operator of the Platform.
• "User", "you", or "Player" means any individual who registers for or uses a jos138 account.
• "Account" means the individual registered account opened by a User on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of real-money funds and bonus funds held in a User's Account at any given time.
• "Wager" means any bet, stake, or game-play action placing real-money funds at risk on the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, or cashback amounts credited to an Account subject to Bonus Terms.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required under the Company's anti-fraud and compliance procedures.
• "IDR" means Indonesian Rupiah, the sole transactional currency on the Platform.
• "WIB" means Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), the time zone used for all Platform scheduling and customer-service availability unless otherwise stated.

By accessing the jos138 Platform — whether by browsing, registering an Account, depositing funds, or placing a Wager — you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all Users irrespective of how they access the Platform (desktop browser, mobile browser, or application). Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To be eligible to open and maintain an Account on the jos138 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

1. You are at least 21 years of age.
2. You are a resident of Indonesia or otherwise permitted under applicable law to access online gaming services of this nature.
3. You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
4. You do not hold more than one active Account on the jos138 Platform.
5. You have not previously had an Account terminated by jos138 for breach of these Terms.
6. You are not a director, officer, employee, consultant, contractor, or agent of jos138 or any of its affiliated companies.
7. You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

jos138 reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued national identity card (KTP), passport, or driver's licence.

To access betting markets, casino games, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws, and all other Platform features, you must register a valid Account. During registration you are required to provide accurate and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, and preferred Indonesian bank account details (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, or Bank Danamon) or e-wallet identifiers (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja).

You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent point is true, accurate, current, and complete. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of any Balance.

One Account Policy: Each individual person may register and maintain only one Account. Attempts to circumvent this rule — including through the use of different email addresses, device identifiers, or bank accounts — will be treated as a violation of these Terms and may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all related Accounts.

jos138 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason, and to close any Account that, in the Company's reasonable opinion, has been opened in breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any other person.

You agree to notify jos138 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account by contacting our support team via live chat. jos138 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

jos138 employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all communications between your device and our servers. However, you acknowledge that no internet transmission is entirely secure and that you use the Platform at your own risk in respect of such transmission security.

Password Reset: jos138 will never request your password via email, SMS, live chat, or any other channel. Any communication claiming to be from jos138 and asking for your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

All deposits on the jos138 Platform are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The Platform accepts deposits via the following channels:

• Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, Bank Permata, and BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia).
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

Deposits are credited to your Account Balance immediately upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. jos138 is not responsible for delays caused by bank processing times, e-wallet downtime, or network outages outside our control.

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. There is no maximum single deposit, though high-value deposits may trigger enhanced KYC checks. jos138 reserves the right to request proof of funds for deposits exceeding Rp 50.000.000 per transaction.

Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. If a deposit is identified as originating from a third-party account, the deposit will be reversed and the Account flagged for review.

Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name and previously used for a deposit on the same Account, or to a bank account verified during the KYC process.

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawal requests are ordinarily processed within 1 to 24 hours of submission, subject to:

• Completion of KYC verification (first withdrawal requires full identity documentation).
• No outstanding bonus wagering requirements on the withdrawing Balance.
• No active fraud investigation or account review.
• Bank or e-wallet processing windows (WIB business hours for same-day processing).

jos138 reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal, including proof of identity, proof of address, and bank account statements. This is a standard anti-money-laundering measure and is not an indication of wrongdoing on the part of the User.

Withdrawal Limits: The maximum single withdrawal is Rp 100.000.000. Users wishing to withdraw amounts above this threshold should contact our support team to arrange a structured withdrawal schedule.

jos138 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated on each promotion page, which form part of these Terms & Conditions.

General bonus conditions applicable to all promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Each bonus offer may be claimed once per eligible Account unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any winnings derived from Bonus Funds can be withdrawn.
• Bonus Funds expire 7 days after issuance unless a different expiry period is stated on the promotion.
• jos138 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses are void if the Company determines that the User has opened multiple Accounts to claim multiple bonuses.
• Certain games may contribute at reduced rates or not at all towards wagering requirements — contribution rates are published on each promotion's terms page.

Bonus Abuse: jos138 employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies designed to guarantee extraction of bonus value, coordinated play between multiple Accounts, and irregular betting patterns inconsistent with normal gaming behaviour. Accounts found to be abusing bonuses will be suspended and any outstanding Balance forfeited.

All Wagers placed on the jos138 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant product category — sports betting, live casino, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), slot gacor (high-payout video slots), and other game types. Product-specific rules are published within each game or market interface and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

The following general betting rules apply across all product categories:

• All Wagers are final once confirmed. jos138 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a confirmed Wager except in circumstances where a manifest error has occurred.
• In the event of a manifest error — including but not limited to incorrectly stated odds, incorrect game settings, or software malfunction — jos138 reserves the right to void the affected Wager and refund the staked amount to the User's Account Balance.
• Sports betting markets will be settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., PSSI for BRI Liga 1, FIFA for World Cup, AFF for Piala AFF). In the event of a dispute, jos138's decision on settlement is final.
• Live betting markets may be suspended or restricted at any time at the Company's discretion, particularly during periods of technical difficulty or when odds are under review.
• Minimum and maximum Wager amounts per market are displayed within the relevant game or market interface.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jos138 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and may be referred to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Using the Platform to launder money or facilitate any unlawful financial activity.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another individual during registration or KYC.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law, where you know such access to be unlawful.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts the integrity of the Platform or its systems.
• Attempting to charge back or reverse any deposit after Wagers have been placed using those funds.

All content on the jos138 Platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, text, graphics, logos, interface design, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of jos138 or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any Platform content for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of jos138.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jos138 expressly excludes all warranties, representations, and conditions, whether express or implied, relating to the Platform and its content.

jos138 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with:

• Your use of or inability to access the Platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of Platform services.
• Any loss of funds resulting from unauthorised Account access due to your failure to safeguard your credentials.
• Any delay in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, or e-wallet operators.
• Losses arising from your reliance on any information, odds, or data displayed on the Platform.

In any event, jos138's total aggregate liability to you under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jos138 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We provide the following tools to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control your spending.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure automatic alerts to notify you of time spent on the Platform.

Your continued use of the jos138 Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and contact our support team to close your Account and withdraw any remaining Balance.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which jos138 holds its international gaming licence. To the extent permissible, both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes arising under these Terms.

Nothing in this clause limits the statutory rights afforded to consumers under the laws of Indonesia. Where Indonesian consumer protection law provides rights that cannot be excluded by contractual agreement, those rights are preserved.

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any translation or localised version, the English language version shall prevail.
